Our process

Our clients trust us to handle the entire process, from design to sampling to sourcing to manufacture and delivery of the final shipment to you to distribute. We are even able to arrange jewellery boxes and the associated packaging material if needed, as well, depending on client requirement. We work on bespoke client-led design collections to white-label lines from our own catalogues - the only limit is your imagination!

Ideation

Whether it's only an idea or a fully formed concept, in- depth conversations on design, look and feel with clients before starting work.

Design

Initially, we start with hand- drawn sketches over video consultation, where creativity and costing meet in a perfect marriage with CAD designs.

Sample

Our process After a 3D printed wax model is approved, a silver sample is casted and finished by hand, giving a glimpse of the finished piece.

Production

Bulk production commences, from casting to model-making to setting to polishing

Quality Check

With in-house gemologists and trained quality checkers, a rigourous inspection process is followed throughout.

Delivery

Logistics support on insurance and shipping provided, in addition to delivery.
